25 years ago I started my accounting business out of Myrtle Parent CPA's home. I moved into my office May 1, 2013. Myrtle is my grandmother and my mentor. Myrtle is now retired, but owned and operated her Accounting business for over 50 years and I hope to carry on the Accountant tradition in our family. Our family believes that accounting runs in our family blood. My mother and sister are employed in the accounting field as well.
Graduated from Walla Walla College with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. Have worked with my grandmother since I was a little girl. My grandmother loved to tell the story that when I was in kindergarten...I would come home upset because the other kids didn't want to play figuring taxes with me. I do love my work. But most of all I think we all have our special talents and I enjoy helping others with my special talent of accounting and tax preparation.
